Account & data deletion
We prepared this page in line with Google Play requirements so you can easily request deletion of your Feasty account and associated data — including without installing the app.
How to delete your account from the app
This is the fastest way:
- Open Feasty and go to your Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Choose "Delete account" and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
How to request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, write from the email address linked to your account to contact@feasty.com.pl with the subject "Account deletion". We will verify the request and delete the account without undue delay (within the time limit under Art. 12 GDPR at the latest).
What is deleted
- Your account and profile data (name, photo, city).
- Your restaurant lists.
- Social connections (follows, likes).
- Profile photos and — if you choose full review erasure — your reviews together with their photos. By default reviews are anonymised (kept as social content with no link to you); you can choose full erasure during the deletion flow.
- Temporary feature data (e.g. bill-split sheets) and your memberships on shared lists.
What we keep, and for how long, after deletion
- Consent logs (proof that consents were given) — kept in anonymised form (without IP address) for the limitation period for claims (6 years, Art. 118 of the Polish Civil Code), in line with Art. 17(3) GDPR.
- Reviews in the default mode remain anonymised as social content.
Deleting specific data (without deleting your account)
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove some of your data:
- In the app you can delete individual reviews, photos and lists at any time.
- To request deletion of other specific data, write to contact@feasty.com.pl from the email address linked to your account (Art. 17 GDPR right). The scope of data deleted and retained, and the retention periods, are described above.
